Group Purpose
The committee is charged with examining the role and workload of the Library Chair; the status of associate deans and department heads; and the role of associate deans and department heads as related to hiring/search committees, TPR, and annual review.
Membership
Three regular appointment faculty members, three ex-officio/consultative members: the Library Chair, one Associate Dean, one Department Head.
