Exhibits Review Team

Charge

The Exhibits Review Team will review all hosted exhibit proposals according to the guidelines laid out in the Hosted Exhibits Policy and respond accordingly. The team will act as liaison between the exhibitor(s) and the Libraries for the duration of the exhibit, encouraging exhibit best practices and dealing with any issues that may arise with regard to Libraries and University policies. The Team will meet when needed.

Membership:

The ERT will consist of four members: Libraries Events Coordinator (ex officio—position yet to be created), Director of Learning Environments or Facilities Manager (ex officio), SC&A Exhibits Curator (ex officio), one subject librarian (2 year term, appointed by the Dean). The team will function as a panel of peers rather than as a committee. Therefore, it requires no chairperson. The team’s direct report will be to the Director of Marketing and Communications.
