- Library-Wide: Intended for communication to all employees, or a large and defined subset of employees.
- Division: Intended for all employees within a division.
- Department: Intended for all employees within a divisional department.
- Team: Intended for all employees within a departmental team.
- Cross-Functional Team: Intended for members of a particular Cross-Functional Team.
- Committee: Intended for members of a particular college, departmental, or ad-hoc committee.
- Working Group: Intended for members of an assigned or ad-hoc working group.
- Opt-In: Membership is optional for these listservs and employees may opt-in to receive communications.
